punching isnt explained. it also has no animation to indicate hitbox. turns out you have pretty long hands, but have a blindspot close to yourself??? a bit weird. but it works pretty well. a and s to switch from fist to Vacuum was also not explained. that made the first level a lot harder to clear than it should have been.
also a bit annoying, but a bit funny is if you vacuum a big pile of trash, sometimes the top parts will fly over you. trying to catch that garbage in the air sometimes pushes them away, rather than sucking them in. it looks pretty cool, but is super annoying gameplay wise.
im also sad that shooting trash at enemies doesnt work to kill them. yeah they are piles of trash, but im pretty much shooting them. it would have made clearing enemies a lot better and faster, at a cost.
also depositing in the wastebin can be annoying. if you arent depositing from within the bin, sometimes trash just wont go in and you have to clean up more.
no natural health regen makes the game very hard.
enemies spawning from trash makes the game even harder. they also spawn super frequently, forcing you to focus on cleanup rather than combat, leading to it being better to avoid all enemies. that makes the game hard as you will be constantly trying to avoid taking hits from the 3 enemies on you at all times. decreasing spawnrate or increasing time to kill would greatly help.
level 2 is such a stepup in difficulty. the map is huge and the wastebin is far away and like 20 enemies spawn on your way there. killing one doesnt even do anything as they respawn faster than you can kill them. they can also spawn on top of you, which i found out the hard way, losing my first run that got close to winning.
also you can skip level 3 just by jumping on the highest point as that will show the credits for a short time. but why would you want to do that. level 3 is a lot of fun and was relaxing compared to the stress of level 2. honestly a great final level to have some fun. i do wonder if it had softlock prevention though with the trashcan. i never tried and am sure as hell not doing level 2 again to try it so ill never know.
so yeah. all in all a fun game. level 2 had me sttressed and fighting for my life with countless attempts, but other than that the game was fun. the platforming paired with the vacuum made for a great combo.
